Course Overview

The Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt program allows students to complete certification requirements faster than traditional Lean Six Sigma training programs. This course combines combines Six Sigma Methodology and Lean Thinking.

Who Should Attend

This course is designed for business professionals with a college degree or those professionals who have significant experience in business operations. Also invited to attend are students who have completed a Black Belt program through an external vendor or through an in-house program. Prerequisite or Equivalent Knowledge: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Boot Camp Prerequisite Comments: Green Belt Certification, Black Belt Certification, Two completed projects submitted prior to enrollment
