Changing Default Font to a more readable default font.
As we all probably know the default font in Microsoft Word is Calibri, which is not probably the best font used in the business world. This blog guides you through the steps to change the default font to the font of your choice as default. Even though, the original Calibri looks very elegant on screen, it is not readable because it's a "sans-serif" type and not most people's choice.
Here are the steps to make this change: Press Ctrl-Shift-F to open the Font dialog. Select the font of choice ( Arial, 12 point) Click Save as Default, choose "All documents based on the Normal.dotm template" Click OK.
